As our Receptionist & Administrator, you will be the face of the business providing our clients with 5-star service. You will go above and beyond to deliver exceptional client satisfaction, whilst also ensuring the smooth running of the reception desk and assisting with the Property Management & Sales teams.

Your Next Opportunity:

  • Meet and greet clients as the first point of contact
  • Manage and distribute a high volume of calls 
  • Administration support to the Property Management & Sales teams  
  • Manage and redirect all rental enquiries where and when necessary  
  • Opening and closing of the office
  • Maintaining office tidiness and supplies

About You:

  • Real Estate Reception experience
  • Exceptional customer service delivery
  • High level of Computing skills 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Agent Representative Certificate & or willingness to obtain
  • Police Check required
